Parents/Players, Our provider for the Boston Butts has graciously agreed to an earlier pick up time since we have teams that are playing at 9:00 at the ref clinic on Saturday. Please understand that the pickup date/time was coordinated in early December. The ref clinic schedule was just released and we have no control over the times that we play. JV Boys AND Varsity Girls ONLY- pick up for Boston butts will begin at 7:00 a.m. All other teams may pick up between 7:30-8:30 a.m. Any Boston butts that are not picked up will be put in coolers and MUST be picked up by 12:00 p.m. from me at 194 Gokee Rd. I do not have the capability to properly store that many food items past noon. There are no afternoon pick ups-this is a food safety issue and we cannot distribute food items after they have reached a certain temperature.
